Full fit-out packages taken from approved drawings to handover, supplied and installed by our own team. Delivered packages have covered demolition, waterproofing, marble flooring, gypsum ceilings, painting, plumbing and electrical installation alongside carpentry and joinery, with our sequence coordinated to the main contractor's programme so the site keeps moving.
A professional, highly skilled team of engineers contributes to developing and achieving quality and design. AutoCAD designers produce layouts and customized structural designs to international standards, and we carry drawing responsibility through shop drawings and material submittals to as-built submissions.
Joinery and furniture come from the group's own manufacturing plant and warehouse at Dubai Investment Park 1 and from European partner factories that cooperate on a principle of exclusivity. That means factory access for inspection, controlled quality and one point of responsibility for supply and installation of hotel, office and residential furniture, doors, wall paneling, skirting, kitchen cabinets and timber ceilings.
Every installation is carried out by an in-house team of 50 trained technicians, engineers and project managers; no stage of implementation is subcontracted. Packages run under full-time supervision with frequent communication with builder, consultants and vendors, and after handover trained service engineers with the latest tools provide quick diagnosis and rectification through a round-the-clock service and maintenance facility.

Before mobilization, each package receives a detailed method statement, a programme of works coordinated with the main contractor or building management, and task-specific risk assessments, with shop drawings and material submittals prepared for consultant approval.
